Eligibility Criteria:

If your purchase was made within the last 30 days and your item remains in its original condition – unwashed, unsnuggled, and with the hang tag still attached – you are eligible for a return.

Please be aware that Custom Orders, given their personalized nature, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-Store Credit Only

In the event of a return, we offer in-store credit as the sole method of reimbursement. We do not process refunds to credit or debit cards. This credit can be used towards any future purchases from our store.

Restocking Fee:

Please take into account that a modest restocking fee, ranging from 6% to 10%, will be applied to all returns. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

Reach out to our dedicated customer service team via email cs.simplyminky@gmail.com to inform us about your intent to return the item.

Package the item securely, ensuring it remains in its original condition with the hang tag intact.

Ship the item back to us at our return address below, using a trackable and insured method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and verify the item’s condition, we will promptly issue your in-store credit, deducting the applicable restocking fee.
